He has led initiatives that connect authorizers, people and service partners, ensuring that technology and service delivery work hand in hand to create value for both businesses and customers.
Chris also served on the CTIA reverse logistics and service quality (RLSQ) working group, where he helped shape best practices and industry standards that guide the next generation of wireless service excellence.
Outside the office, Chris brings the same analytical mindset and love of problem-solving to bass fishing where strategy, patience and adaptability are key.
