John Fasline

John Fasline is the Director of Returns, Fraud, and Abuse at Abercrombie & Fitch, where he leads teams dedicated to optimizing the end-to-end returns process and safeguarding the digital business against fraud and abuse. His work includes reducing returns, enhancing the customer experience, improving financial outcomes, and implementing advanced fraud prevention strategies.

With a foundation in industrial engineering, John began his career at General Mills, General Motors, and International Paper before joining Abercrombie & Fitch. Over the years, he has held diverse leadership roles, including managing the supply chain industrial engineering team, contributing to the Transformation Management Office, leading Customer Care operations, and establishing the company’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program.
